Social Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Future Factory London works with leadership teams and, crucially, with the frontline teams who make change happen. How we conduct ourselves with all of those people matters as much as the results we deliver. This policy sets out the standards we hold ourselves to.
Our commitment
We act with honesty, respect and integrity in every engagement. We treat clients, partners, suppliers, event guests and the people in the businesses we work with fairly and with dignity, and we expect the same in return.
Equality, diversity and inclusion
We do not discriminate on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation, and we comply with the Equality Act 2010. In the rooms we lead, whether a board session, a delivery sprint or a Breakfast Club, we work to make sure every voice is heard, not just the most senior or the loudest. We design strategy around real customers across generations, and that depends on genuinely diverse perspectives.
Confidentiality
Clients share commercially sensitive information with us. We keep it confidential, use it only for the work it was shared for, and never share one client's information with another. Innovation Breakfast Club sessions are held under the Chatham House Rule: participants are free to use what is said, but not to reveal who said it or who else was in the room.
Responsible use of AI
We use practical AI tools to help clients cut friction and move faster. We apply them with judgement: we are transparent with clients about where AI is used in our work, we do not put confidential client data into tools that would use it for training or expose it to third parties, we keep people accountable for decisions rather than delegating them to software, and we are honest about what the technology can and cannot do.
Ethical business
We do not offer or accept bribes or improper inducements, and we comply with the Bribery Act 2010. We declare any conflict of interest to the clients concerned. We pay suppliers and associates promptly and on fair terms. We do not knowingly work with organisations involved in modern slavery or human trafficking, and we support the aims of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Community
We contribute to the sectors we work in by speaking at industry events, sharing straight-talking perspectives with peers, and running the Innovation Breakfast Club as a forum for operators to learn from each other rather than from sales pitches.
